Dog Point Vineyard is a newly established winery situated in the Wairau Valley, the major grape growing
region of New Zealand. It combines the considerable wine growing experience of Ivan and Margaret
Sutherland and James and Wendy Healy. The philosophy is total involvement by the partners from the
vineyard through the wine making process to marketing regionally distinctive and vineyard expressive wine.

Colour Straw green Bouquet Exhibits ripe grapefruit, roasted nuts and toasty aromas together with savoury characteristics derived from contact with yeast lees. Palate Full bodied with intense citrus fl avour, the palate is fi nely structured and shows chalky texture as a result of yeast contact Service Shellfish, fish, white meats and especially a BBQ rack of pork. Cellaring Three to five years. Please note that this wine is to be released on 1st February 09
