Four Sisters Shiraz 2005
Four Sisters is named after Trevor Mast’s four daughters. This innovative
label was originally created and designed by Trevor Mast’s eldest
daughter, Daliah.
These range of premium quality wines consist of a Sparkling Pinot Noir
Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Merlot and Shiraz. The fruit
selected for these wines are the fi nest available from preferred vineyard
sites throughout Australia.

Vinifi cation: A combination of open and rotary fermenters. Aged for
approximately 12 months in a mixture of new (20%)
and used (second, third, fourth use) hogsheads
and some large format oak.
Tasting Notes
Colour Deep red
Bouquet/Palate Aromas and fl avours of blackberries and spice with fl oral
undertones. The fi nish is long and fl avoursome.
